Accommodation
For your convenience, we also offer accommodation. This year, we have reserved a number of rooms at the Oliva Nova Golf & Beach Hotel (see Location). Accommodation does not include the milongas.
The hotel package includes a double room with breakfast, for single or double occupancy.
On the registration form, you can book a room for single or shared use.
A deposit of €100 per room is required to confirm a hotel booking.
These are special offers, available while stocks last.
The hotel no longer offers half-board or full-board at this time of year. There are several restaurants and a bistro right in the hotel. It’s a 5- to 10-minute walk to other places to eat and a small supermarket.

ℹ️ General terms of payment:
- We ask for bank transfer, the account will be given in the registration confirmation.
- Payment deadlines for bookings before 01.06.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, remainder by 15.08.2025
- Hotel: deposit of 100 Euro within one week, remainder by 15.08.2024
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.06.2025 and 01.08.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, rest five weeks
- Hotel: deposit of 100 euros within one week, rest five weeks
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.08.2025 and 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Hotel: 100 Euro deposit immediately, rest two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Terms of payment for bookings from 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: immediately, no later than the start of the event
- Hotel: immediately
- We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings in order to free up the places.
- If the event has to be canceled, the payments made will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by the participant before 01.09.2025, all payments made will be refunded. Thereafter, deposits for hotel packages (100 euros per room) are non-refundable and other payments will be refunded at 50%.
