2. Scope
These terms apply to all bookings of tickets (milongas/activities), dance classes, and accommodation made through Presentango’s event/festival website.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in EUR. Errors and changes excepted. Limited offer, while stocks last.
4. Booking process
Bookings are made via the registration form on the website. After submission, you will receive a booking confirmation by email including bank details for payment. Please check your details carefully before submitting; input errors can be corrected in the form fields before submission, and afterwards by contacting info@presentango.com. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation from Presentango. A copy of your booking details will be sent to you by email, which you may retain.
5. Payment terms
We request payment by bank transfer; account details will be provided with the booking confirmation. Additional payment methods are listed on the “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ) page.
Payment deadlines for bookings before 15 July 2026
- Milongas and activities: deposit of €50 per person
- with Hotel: additional deposit of €100 per booking
- Remaining balance due by 1 August 2026

- Milongas and activities: deposit of €50 per person
- with Hotel: additional deposit of €100 per booking
- Remaining balance due by 8 August 2026
Payment deadlines for bookings from 1 August 2026
- Milongas and activities: within two weeks
- with Hotel: within one week
- No later than 3 September 2026
Bookings not paid in full will be cancelled to release places to other participants.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Spanish and EU consumer law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure activities and accommodation services that provide for a specific date or period of performance (Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This applies to tickets for milongas/activities, dance classes, and accommodation booked for the event period. The cancellation terms in Section 7 apply instead.

8. Cancellation or changes by Presentango
Presentango reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event, class, or part of the programme, in particular in cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, orders by public authorities, illness of key personnel) or if the minimum number of participants required to hold the event is not reached. In such cases, amounts already paid for the affected service will be refunded in full. Further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs, are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Presentango will inform participants of any cancellation or material change to the programme as early as possible by email.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints may be sent to info@presentango.com. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the customer is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their place of habitual residence remain unaffected; consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile or before the courts of Alicante.
