Milonga packages

What is the “2D Pass” and which milongas are included in the “Noche Pass”?
You can expand the overview on the prices page:

Can’t find the prices for the hotel?
Open the two detail blocks on the prices page to see all the information:

In the booking form you must select “with accomodation” so that the corresponding fields are displayed:

Leader/follower balance

The balance between men and women or leaders and followers is important for a successful event.
We allow individual registrations until we notice a significant imbalance. We then introduce a waiting list to limit the number of individual registrations.

Payments and refunds

At the bottom of the prices page you will find the general terms of payment.

Individual registration for dance lessons

Most dance classes can only be attended as a couple. In the past, we have arranged a suitable dance partner to enable individual registrations. In the meantime, however, we have separated the matchmaking from the ordering process.

Until we can make the partner search available, we ask you to look for a dance partner yourself. You are welcome to use the Facebook group of the festival Cullera Tango Festival | Facebook.

You can then enter the name of your dance partner when registering individually and select the agreed dance lessons.

Hotel Cullera Holiday

You can check into your room at the hotel from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Depending on availability, it is sometimes possible to arrive earlier. We can inform the hotel of any special requests. You can go straight to reception on arrival and collect your room.

Checkin – attention:
An official ID must be presented to the hotel at check-in.

The hotel pool is open in September. During previous events in October, the pool was sometimes closed, as the high season usually ends after the Spanish bank holidays on 12 October (Día de la Hispanidad).
The sea is still warm enough for a swim in both months and Cullera has very beautiful beaches. The water temperature in September is 25 – 23 °C and in October 23 – 20 °C.

Discount code

We do not have a discount code that you can use when booking a hotel. Instead, we have arranged a contingent of rooms with the hotel that will be kept free for the festival and that we can make available to you at a special rate.

Parking facilities

The hotel has its own garage, a parking space is available for the daily price of 7 euros [as of 2023, ask for current price].
There is also free parking in the vicinity of the hotel, which only becomes scarce in high season. Normally, the tourist rush subsides from September onwards and the chances of finding a parking space in the surrounding area are good.

Dining at the hotel for external guests

The hotel allows festival participants who are not staying at the hotel to have dinner with the festival group. All we have to do is register you in good time at reception, then dinner is available for 17 euros including water and wine [as of 2024].

Transport options

The nearest airport is Valencia Airport (Manises). Further away is Alicante Airport (Elche). Note: Sometimes Castellón airport is also shown for Valencia, but the other two offer more service and more connections.

We work with a transport service that we will be happy to arrange for you. A journey from Valencia airport to the hotel costs 60 euros [as of 2023, ask for current price].

There are also public transport options, such as the RENFE local trains. The C-1 line runs from Valencia Nord station to Cullera:

In Cullera you can take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. There is also a local bus service.

We have repeatedly considered organising a shuttle service, but so far the demand has been too low. If you let us know what you need, we will improve the service!

Artists and organisers

Artists and organisers can get special conditions if they want to visit the festival. We know that it is difficult to move things in the world of tango and would like to support art and culture professionals in this way. You are welcome to send us your enquiries.
External contributions are also very welcome if they can be combined with the existing programme. Please get in touch with us.

Who are you and why are you doing this?

Magali and Stefan, dance enthusiasts, ambitious and probably a bit crazy.
Certainly not for the money – but for the sake of art. That’s all we know.
Oh yes, we are the founders of presentango.
