Milonga packages
What is the “2D Pass” and which milongas are included in the “Noche Pass”?
You can expand the overview on the prices page:

Prices for overnight stays
Can’t find the prices for the hotel?
Open the two detail blocks on the prices page to see all the information:

In the booking form you must select “with accomodation” so that the corresponding fields are displayed:

Afterwards:

Leader/follower balance
The balance between men and women or leaders and followers is important for a successful event.
We allow individual registrations until we notice a significant imbalance. We then introduce a waiting list to limit the number of individual registrations.
Size of the festival
Due to the space available in the main hall, we limit the number of participants to 200, which makes this festival a very exclusive event.
Capacity of the dance classes
In the dance classes we normally limit the number of participants to 15 couples. However, we are also guided by the wishes of the teachers.
Payments and refunds
At the bottom of the prices page you will find the general terms of payment.
Payment methods
Bank transfer
In the confirmation email you will be provided with bank account details for a SEPA transaction, which is free in the EU. If you need to specify a postcode or a city for the transfer, please use 03738 and/or Jávea. This is where our organisation is based.
Bizum
Do you have Bizum? Then you can send money to this number: +34 624 231 938.
Don’t forget to indicate your reservation number.
Card payments
For guests from outside the EU, the fees for a bank transfer can be quite high. Mainly for this reason, we have created the option to pay by credit and debit card. You can send us money via the Card Payment page.
Cash
Cash payment is possible on site, but most amounts must be paid in advance.
Please contact us if none of the other payment options are suitable for you.
Individual registration for dance lessons
Most dance lessons can only be attended as a couple. In order to facilitate individual registrations, we have set up a dance partner matching service. In addition, it is possible to book a taxi dancer (male/female) for 20 euros per dance lesson (40 euros for a workshop = two lessons). In this case we provide an advanced dancer at a professional level.
If you would like to register individually and take part in dance lessons for couples, please choose a package with dance lessons when you register and one of the following options:
Option 1 – select the lessons and enter the name of a partner who will also register individually
Option 2 – select the lessons and enter the name ‘partner wanted’
Option 3– select the lessons and enter the name ‘taxi’ to reserve a taxi dancer
If you choose option 2 or 3, we need some information from you so that we can find suitable partners. For this purpose it is necessary to fill in this form: Partner search.
You are also welcome to use the Facebook group of the festival Cullera Tango Festival | Facebook to look for a dance partner yourself.
Massages
New 2025:
Rebeca López is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher who decided to leave everything behind and travel the world for a while, eventually settling in India for a few years, where she discovered tango. Now, back in Spain, she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to caring for dancers at festivals, offering her services as a physiotherapist for all types of injuries, joint pain, relief massages, and postural counseling.

She also offers yoga, Pilates, and rehabilitation classes for dancers who want to deepen their understanding of movement therapy.
Her recent work as a physiotherapist includes events such as Milongas de Candás (Asturias), Madrid Olé, Happy Tango (Calpe, Alicante), Altafulla Tango Maratón (Tarragona), Pamplona Tango Marathón, Magic Castle Tango Marathon (Wrocław, Poland), Barcelos Tango Festival (Portugal), and Auroville Tango Festival (India), where she also taught yoga classes to early-rising milongueros.
Hotel Cullera Holiday
Arrival
You can check into your room at the hotel from 16:00 on the day of arrival. Depending on availability, it is sometimes possible to arrive earlier. We can inform the hotel of any special requests. You can go straight to reception on arrival and collect your room.
Checkin – attention:
An official ID must be presented to the hotel at check-in.
Pool
The hotel pool is open in September. During previous events in October, the pool was sometimes closed, as the high season usually ends after the Spanish bank holidays on 12 October (Día de la Hispanidad).
The sea is still warm enough for a swim in both months and Cullera has very beautiful beaches. The water temperature in September is 25 – 23 °C and in October 23 – 20 °C.
Contact

And the telephone number: (+34) 96 173 15 55
Discount code
We do not have a discount code that you can use when booking a hotel. Instead, we have arranged a contingent of rooms with the hotel that will be kept free for the festival and that we can make available to you at a special rate.
Parking facilities
The hotel has its own garage, a parking space is available for the daily price of 12 euros [as of 2025].
There is also free parking in the vicinity of the hotel, which only becomes scarce in high season. Normally, the tourist rush subsides from September onwards and the chances of finding a parking space in the surrounding area are good.
Dining at the hotel for external guests
Festival participants who are not staying at the hotel are welcome to join the festival group for dinner. Just let us know in time so we can register you at reception; the dinner with the group is 17 euros, including water and wine [as of 2025]. You are also welcome to join us for lunch.
Transport options
Arrival by plane
The nearest airport is Valencia Airport (Manises). Further away is Alicante Airport (Elche). Please note: Castellón Airport is sometimes offered for Valencia, but it is further away and the other two offer more services and better connections.
Airport transfer (Valencia)
We have been working with a transport service for several years, which we have also arranged for you in previous years. New for 2025 is that you now make arrangements directly with the taxi company.
The prices and service are very good, and we are happy to recommend this provider. The standard fare is now over €100.
Vehicle and day | Price per one-way journey |
---|---|
Monday to Saturday, 4 seats | 65 euros |
Sunday, 4 seats | 75 euros |
Large taxi, 6 seats Note: when fully occupied there is no space for luggage | 75 euros |
Please book your transfers as early as possible, as capacity is limited. You can contact the company by telephone or WhatsApp on +34 693 10 75 00. When making your booking, please provide:
- Your name
- That you are a festival participant
- Your flight number with arrival or departure time
- Whether it is for arrival or departure
- The hotel where you are staying
Our partner will assist you with planning and will also wait for you in the event of flight delays.
Train connection Valencia
There are also public transport options, such as the RENFE local trains. The C-1 line runs from Valencia Nord station to Cullera:

- Map of Cercanías Valencia lines: https://www.renfe.com/es/en/suburban/suburban-valencia/maps
- Timetables of Cercanías Valencia: https://www.renfe.com/es/en/suburban/suburban-valencia/timetables
In Cullera you can take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. There is also a local bus service.
We have repeatedly considered organising a shuttle service, but so far the demand has been too low. If you let us know what you need, we will improve the service!
Artists and organisers
Artists and organisers can get special conditions if they want to visit the festival. We know that it is difficult to move things in the world of tango and would like to support art and culture professionals in this way. You are welcome to send us your enquiries.
External contributions are also very welcome if they can be combined with the existing programme. Please get in touch with us.
Who are you and why are you doing this?
Magali and Stefan, dance enthusiasts, ambitious and a bit crazy.
Certainly not for the money – but for the sake of art. That’s all we know.
We are the founders of presentango.
