There are special packages available for you. Of course, all other offers are also open to you!
You are also welcome to attend the judges’ dance classes; this is not prohibited by the rules.

Competition categories
The participation fee for a competition category is €30.00 per participant. Only the first two categories incur a fee, participation in additional categories is free of charge.
Die Teilnahmegebühr für eine Wettkampfkategorie beträgt 30,00 Euro pro Teilnehmer. Nur die ersten beiden Kategorien sind kostenpflichtig, die Teilnahme an weiteren Kategorien ist kostenlos.

Single Milongas
Please note: Package sales take precedence. The gala milongas on Friday, Saturday and Sunday can only be purchased as part of a package.
The surcharge at the evening box office is 5 euros.

ℹ️ General terms of payment:
- We ask for bank transfer, the account will be given in the registration confirmation.
- Payment deadlines for bookings before 01.06.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, remainder by 15.08.2025
- Hotel: deposit of 100 Euro within one week, remainder by 15.08.2024
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.06.2025 and 01.08.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, rest five weeks
- Hotel: deposit of 100 euros within one week, rest five weeks
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.08.2025 and 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Hotel: 100 Euro deposit immediately, rest two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Terms of payment for bookings from 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: immediately, no later than the start of the event
- Hotel: immediately
- We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings in order to free up the places.
- If the event has to be canceled, the payments made will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by the participant before 01.09.2025, all payments made will be refunded. Thereafter, deposits for hotel packages (100 euros per room) are non-refundable and other payments will be refunded at 50%.
