CAMILA ALEGRE and EZEQUIEL LÓPEZ became World Stage Tango Champions in 2015. They trained as dancers, teachers, and choreographers of Argentine tango and folklore from an early age. They have been part of various world-renowned companies such as Tango Fire, Corporación Tangos,Tango Legends, Tanguera el Musical, Tango After Dark, Break the Tango, among others.
They have also participated in important and prestigious tango festivals around the world, held in different parts of the world, such as Turkey, the United States, Italy, France, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, etc.
They have served as judges at the European Tango Championship held in Italy twice, and at the World and Provincial Preliminary Tango Championships, as well as the World Tango Championship held in Buenos Aires. They were also part of the Royal Caribbean Cruises company’s Tango Buenos Aires show, traveling and touring the Caribbean for several months. Today, they continue to participate in various festivals and world championships. Tango has allowed them to travel around the world to showcase their dance on five continents: Asia, America, Europe, and Oceania. They dream of one day bringing their tango to all the remaining continents.
