Accommodation

For your convenience, we also offer accommodation, both at Hotel Cullera Holiday (the host hotel) and at Hotel Santamarta across the street. Accommodation does not include the milongas.

Would you like to arrive a day earlier or stay a little longer? We have also reserved a small number of rooms for the days before and after the festival.

On the registration form you can book a room for single or shared use and choose the board. A deposit of 100 EUR per room is required to confirm the hotel reservation.

Lectures and seminars

These activities are integrated into the course offer and can be purchased in the same way as a dance class.

Single Milongas

The sale of bundles has priority. Individual tickets will be released for sale a few weeks before the festival and/or at the box office, if available.

Important update 29.08.204: There will be no tickets for indivual milongas, neither in advance nor at the box office!

General terms of payment:

• We ask for bank transfer, the account will be given in the confirmation of registration.
• Terms of payment for bookings before 01.06.2024
  • Milongas and classes: deposit of 50 Euro per person within one week, remainder by 15.08.2024
  • Hotel: deposit of 100 Euro within one week, remainder by 15.08.2024
• Terms of payment for bookings between 01.06.2024 and 01.08.2024
  • Milongas and classes: five weeks
  • Hotel: deposit of 100 euros within one week, rest five weeks
• Terms of payment for bookings between 01.08.2024 and 01.09.2024
  • Milongas and classes: three weeks, but no later than 09.09.2024
  • Hotel: 100 Euro deposit within one week, rest three weeks, but no later than 09.09.2024
• Terms of payment for bookings from 01.09.2024
  • one week, but not later than the start of the event
• We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings in order to free up the places.
• If the event has to be canceled, the payments made will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation by the participant before 01.09.2024, all payments made will be refunded. Thereafter, deposits for hotel packages (100 euros per room) are non-refundable and other payments will be refunded at 50%.
