A deposit of EUR 100 per room is required to confirm the hotel reservation.

General terms of payment:
- We ask for bank transfer, the account will be given in the confirmation of registration.
- Only packages with hotel: It is necessary to pay a deposit of 100 euros per room within one week to finalize the reservation.
- For early registrations we ask for payment by the end of August 2023, for other registrations within two weeks, but at the latest one week before the start of the festival.
- Due to the limited number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations in order to free up the places.
- If the event has to be canceled, the payments made will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by the participant up to one week before the festival, the payments made will be refunded. This does not apply to hotel package deposits (100 euros per room), which can only be refunded up to two weeks before the festival.
