Accommodation
For your convenience, we also offer accommodation, both at Hotel Cullera Holiday and at Hotel Santamarta across the street (see Location). Accommodation does not include the milongas.

On the registration form you can book a room for single or shared use and choose the board. A deposit of 100 EUR per room is required to confirm the hotel reservation.

- Payment deadlines for bookings before 01.06.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, remainder by 15.08.2025
- Hotel: deposit of 100 Euro within one week, remainder by 15.08.2024
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.06.2025 and 01.08.2025
- Milongas and activities: deposit of 75 Euro per person within one week, rest five weeks
- Hotel: deposit of 100 euros within one week, rest five weeks
- Payment deadlines for bookings between 01.08.2025 and 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Hotel: 100 Euro deposit immediately, rest two weeks, but no later than 09.09.2025
- Terms of payment for bookings from 01.09.2025
- Milongas and classes: immediately, no later than the start of the event
- Hotel: immediately
- We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings in order to free up the places.
- If the event has to be canceled, the payments made will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by the participant before 01.09.2025, all payments made will be refunded. Thereafter, deposits for hotel packages (100 euros per room) are non-refundable and other payments will be refunded at 50%.
